I want to begin by acknowledging how much courage it takes to seek support. Taking care of your mental health while navigating the everyday challenges of life isn’t easy—and reaching out can feel even harder. So, truly, I’m glad you’re here.
I offer compassionate, non-judgmental and trauma-informed counselling and psychotherapy to adult and adolescent individuals who may be struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, grief or relationship challenges. No matter where you are in your journey, you don’t have to face it alone.
I graduated in 2017 from University of Winnipeg with my BA in Psychology, and from there, I spent several years working in childcare and education supporting children and youth with social, emotional and developmental challenges. While supporting children and their families in various ways, I noticed my interest in trauma and mental health increasing. I have now graduated with my Master's degree in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University. Completing my practicum under the supervision of an EMDR therapist, I was able to gain invaluable experience supporting individuals with various levels of trauma.
My approach is integrative, person-centred, and trauma-informed—rooted in empathy, respect, and a deep belief in your capacity for healing and growth. Together, we’ll create a space where you feel safe, supported, and truly heard. I use a variety of treatment approaches with my clients, including mindfulness-based CBT, Somatic Therapy, ACT, IFS, Attachment-Focused Therapy and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.
